Jonathan Saben is a partner and chair of the firm’s Corporate & Real Estate Department, and his practice focuses on corporate transactions and business counseling matters for for-profit and non-profit entities.

Jonathan assists his clients on a full range of issues affecting their businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, real estate matters, and intellectual property and technology matters.

Jonathan received his law degree in 2005 from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and recipient of the Lawrence E. Irell Prize and the Judge Barry Russell Federal Bar Association Award for Excellence in the Field of Federal Practice. He received a master’s degree in environmental science and management from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002, where he specialized in corporate environmental management. He received his bachelor’s degree in geosciences (magna cum laude) from Trinity University, Texas in 1999. Jonathan is a member of the California Bar.

Jonathan served on the Board of Trustees of the Bay Area Discovery Museum from 2013-2016.
