Attorneys: Sabrina Arsalane

Sabrina provides counseling to for-profit and non-profit organizations on a broad range of legal matters including commercial agreements and financing transactions.

Sabrina received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she received honors in Risk Management & Compliance.  While in law school, she served as a student advocate in the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic, where she counseled startups on entity choice and formation, privacy concerns, and employment matters.  She also served as the President of the Muslim Law Students Association at Boston University School of Law.  Sabrina received her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco, graduating with honors.  Sabrina is a member of the California Bar.
