Jesus Meraz is an attorney in our Labor & Employment and Schools & Educational Organizations Practice Groups
Jesus provides Labor & Employment counseling for both for-profit and non-profit organizations, including compliance with state and federal employment laws. He also supports and advises independent schools on a broad range of legal issues that are unique to these organizations.
Jesus received his law degree from Boston University School of Law. While in law school, he represented and advocated on behalf of indigent clients through the Employment Rights Clinic. He was also a member of the Executive Board of the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA). Jesus obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Education Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the California Bar.
