Vivian Chang is a partner in our Corporate & Real Estate and Nonprofit & Charitable Practice Groups.  Her practice focuses on corporate transactions and business counseling matters for both commercial and nonprofit entities.  As with our other business attorneys, Vivian assists her clients on a full range of issues, including corporate governance issues, real estate transactions, intellectual property and technology matters, privacy issues, promotions and sweepstakes, and executive compensation arrangements.  Vivian also works extensively with our nonprofit clients, and has represented them in tax-exempt bond financings, fiscal sponsorship relationships and other nonprofit-related issues.  

Vivian received her law degree in 2001 from University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), and her undergraduate degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.  Vivian currently volunteers as a court-appointed special advocate, working with a youth in San Francisco’s foster care system.  She is a member of the California and District of Columbia Bars.
