Drew Davis is a partner in our Litigation Practice Group. Drew has significant trial experience, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in jury and bench trials. Drew is a general commercial litigator, whose particular areas of expertise include unfair competition, disputes among partners and joint venturers, trade secret misappropriation, Internet law disputes, wrongful termination litigation, and trust disputes. Drew has represented a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, Internet companies, real estate developers, retailers, law firms, and artistic organizations.
Drew received his law degree in 1999 from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where he was named a Wilcox Scholar and an S. K. Yee Scholar. He obtained his undergraduate degree in 1996 from Brown University (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), receiving departmental honors in History. He is a member of the California Bar.
