Drew represents businesses in a diverse range of litigation matters, including disputes regarding trade secrets and unfair competition, breach of contract, employment litigation, and disputes among partners and joint venturers.  He also has substantial experience representing institutional and individual clients in trust and probate litigation.  Drew’s clients have included financial institutions, Internet companies, real estate developers, technology consulting companies, public universities, retailers, law firms, and non-profit organizations. At trial and in arbitration, Drew has successfully represented both corporate plaintiffs and defendants in numerous complex commercial cases involving claims of fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination, and violations of unfair competition laws.

Drew received his law degree in 1999 from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was named a Wilcox Scholar and an S. K. Yee Scholar.  He obtained his undergraduate degree in 1996 from Brown University (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), receiving departmental honors in History.  He is a member of the California Bar.

Drew currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Family Violence Appellate Project, the only nonprofit organization in California dedicated to appealing cases on behalf of domestic violence survivors.  He previously served as its Board Chair and President. From 2014-2018, Drew served on the Board of Directors of the Berkeley Law Alumni Association.
