Chris assists his clients in a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leasing and real estate transactions, formation of ventures and other commercial transactions. Chris has particular expertise in corporate governance issues, as well as intellectual property and technology matters.

Chris received his law degree (Order of the Coif) from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Pomona College in 1985. Following law school, Chris clerked with Judge Cynthia Holcomb Hall of the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the California Bar.
